Zendesk voted Product Marketing Team of the Year

Zendesk has officially won the prestigious Product Marketing Team of the Year Award 2020 at this year’s Product Marketing Awards.

Now in its second year, PMA’s Product Marketing Awards recognizes and encourages outstanding talent and hard work in the product marketing industry.

The Product Marketing Team of the Year Award recognizes a team that has demonstrated a willingness to collaborate, build relationships, and share ideas to maximize their potential.

Cheryl Neoh, Senior PMM, Andrew Forbes, Principal PMM and Joshua Sherman, PMM, were on hand to accept the award on behalf of the entire 30-strong team.

All three agreed their success is down to how well they gel as a team and the varied skill sets each member brings to the table.

Cheryl Neoh said:

“We’re so incredibly lucky to work at Zendesk and be a part of this amazing product marketing team. I mean, warmth, grit, brains, this team has it in spades. It’s a real top powerhouse, the tenacity and soul of the team just cannot be beaten.”

Andrew Forbes added:

“Zendesk is a great place to work. The product marketing team are an awesome bunch of folks, we get to work on a bunch of exciting products, launch new exciting products and we love to spend time with each other.”

And for Joshua Sherman, collaboration is key:
