Having worked as a Brand and Communication Manager in China at LUSH, Yifan then moved into fintech to become Business Strategy Manager at Bank of China (Hong Kong).

She now works as the Global Head of Operations at Firework, leading the development and execution of operational strategies that support the growth and excellence of their video commerce platform. 

She has successfully established and optimized operational structures, guidelines, and best practices contributing to the company's exponential growth. The operations team is across the world and provides live commerce strategy, consultation, activation, execution, and insight for customers in all categories.

Taylor is well-versed in the translation and intricacies of financial data with diverse experience as a financial analyst in well-known institutions such as Credit Suisse, I Squared Capital, and Concertiv. 

He’s now taken his experience to Blue own Capital where he heads up their corporate operations and strategy division.

Enthusiastic product and project manager with experience in digital strategy, sales, mass media, and event planning within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, broadcasting, and entertainment industries.

Sebastien describes himself as a natural strategist to advance both brand and bottom line as well as being able to build communities that create meaningful relationships with diverse business partners. Having been a leader for many years, he’s not afraid to challenge the status quo.

Sam started out in Circle as a senior financial analyst building out the financial planning and analysis infrastructure. He then went on to strategize the launch of USDC, the leading dollar digital asset in the crypto industry before moving into marketing. 

During his time in marketing, he helped the business to make a hard pivot from B2C to B2B and scaled a team focused on GTM strategy and business model design. 

Alongside his role leading operations and strategy, he spends his time on a podcast where he explores how young professionals can use human skills to accelerate toward a career they love.
