Shannon brings nearly 20 years of HCM technology experience spending over 11 years with Aon Hewitt, a large consulting firm where she led a team of consultants specializing in diversifying and expanding HR product offerings to meet the unique needs of Human Resource Business Process Outsourcing (HR BPO) clients.

She then furthered her experience with several HCM technology start-ups such as Montage (rebranded Modern Hire and now part of HireVue), PeopleDoc (now UKG), where she cultivated the partnership that led to their acquisition by Ultimate Software, Reflektive, (now part of PeopleFluent and LTG), a real-time performance management platform, and prior to joining Oracle, at Leapgen (now part of Mercer), helping clients prepare for the future of work through the development and implementation of anti-fragile digital transformation strategies.
