• Buy side M&A experience including sourcing, negotiating, conducting due diligence handling closing documentation and otherwise driving the deals to close for 5 acquisitions.

• Sell side M&A experience including leading the successful exit process for GoldPocket Interactive as well as due diligence for the $1.4 B sale of TANDBERG Television to Ericsson and leading the process to sell 5 other subsidiaries of GoldPocket and MRV Communications including the ~$200 M sale of Source Photonics to Francisco Partners.
